I am ashamed when you hear stories of people complaining and saying their brake calipers fell off brand new units while going down the road. When we've had a problem with the sold unit in the past salesmen have told me "I don't care as long as it gets them out of the parking lot". Also a lot of our inventory we buy from auction, these units we completely skip the inspections. We now have vehicle inspections just the problem is most of the stuff doesn't get fixed. If you want to have no life, be overworked, underpaid, and have a guilty conscious and night for selling knowingly dangerous units to customers get a job here. They also are adding a 401K right now, and I know that they are always looking for ways to improve benefits for us.Ĭan't recommend it enough to people that have the "right stuff". TOYS! What's not to like!Ĭompany invests in their employees with ongoing training and tools to learn your job. Commission jobs can be very rewarding if you are committed to excellence and honing your craft.

Still better hours than a car dealership, if you are comparing. Like any retail/vehicle job, the hours can be long and you will be working on Saturdays, but that's to be expected.

I've worked in the powersports industry for 22 years, and I love working here! Ownership are young, dynamic guys who legit care about their employees and doing this the right way.
